"I am having a great experience with Ryan. I’m 62 and while I’m active, I am not truly fit or strong. I want to make sure I can stay very active as I age. Ryan has unique equipment to target my needs and he is making sure I have not injured myself from the start and as we start to add more challenge to my workouts. Got questions?

Sessions are 60 minutes. Be on time to get the most out of your training!

Training contracts are for a 3 month minimum. After the initial time period you have the option to renew in 2 month increments. 

We get it, life happens. Our goal is to keep you consistent. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a used/missed session. We will do our best to work with you on a make-up session. Contracts are reviewed in detail prior to starting.

  • We are exclusively a private personal training gym. No memberships and constant traffic of people. Our clients are our sole focus!

  • Here not only do you have your personal trainer, you are getting a full team. From the initial assessments with our fitness manager, your workouts reviewed and created by the owner and the 1-on-1 time with your trainer. 

  • Specialized equipment not found in other gyms! We focus on clients recovering from injury as well as preventing injuries often caused in the gym. 

  • We use the newest technology for all our assessments. From the InBody composition to our digitized postural and squat assessments. This helps us create an even more detailed workout designed specifically to your body.
